Requirements
- Target Review:
- Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met
- Prepare periodic reports on goal progress and discuss findings with senior management
- Quality Management:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management strategies
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards across all departments
- Provide reports on audit outcomes and recommendations for improvement
- CCTV Management:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of surveillance camera systems
- Analyze visual data to identify any violations or deviations from established standards
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure safety and security at the site
- Training and Awareness:
- Organize regular workshops to educate employees on the importance of compliance and policies
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compliance and quality management issues
