Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Provide support in implementing a robust compliance program.
  • Foster an ethical culture within DO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely communication of new or updated regulatory requirements across the organization.
  • Report potential compliance risks and breaches to the Senior Compliance Counsel.
  • Support the preparation of compliance reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Assist in promoting a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the business by preparation of awareness decks and dealing with vendors.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to employees on compliance-related queries.
  • Deliver training sessions to raise awareness of compliance obligations and ethical standards.
  • Support in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline compliance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory workflows.

Education

  • B achelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (compliance certification preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
