Job Overview
We are looking for a Composite Engineer to perform technical analyses, develop productivity-boosting solutions, and design accurate technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing analyses in accordance with technical documentation.
- Developing and implementing solutions to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Designing technical solutions and preparing classification and working technical drawings and documentation.
- Reporting project progress to the project manager.
- Timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Verifying documentation and ensuring its delivery, along with the completion of assigned tasks, in line with the established schedule.
- Creating 3D models of structures and composite elements such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, stiffeners, and deck equipment.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the composite manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of yacht/ship construction.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or other parametric CAD software at an intermediate level (e.g., Inventor, SolidEdge, NX, Catia, Creo).
- English language skills sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Ras Al Khaimah.
