Role Description- CNC operator

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator, based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Daily tasks include reviewing blueprints, inputting data into machines, ensuring proper machine operations, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting technical issues when necessary. The role involves adherence to safety standards and efficient workflow management in coordination with the technical team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and practical experience in handling CNC machinery
• Knowledge of Machining techniques and Milling processes
• Strong skills in Quality Control and ensuring product precision
• Ability to work with and maintain various types of machinery
• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Technical certifications or training in CNC operations or related fields is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment with strong communication skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous
