Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Operator located in Abu Dhabi. The Computer Operator will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, managing systems and networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems. Daily tasks may involve troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring system performance, and generating reports as needed while adhering to set protocols and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Data Entry, Typing, and Recording Information with attention to detail
• Strong Computer Operation and System Maintenance skills
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and provide Technical Support for IT systems
• Familiarity with System Monitoring and Reporting processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in data entry or computer operation is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
