Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Computer Support & Maintenance Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will maintain IT equipment, assist users with hardware problems, and support IT operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on IT equipment.
- Assist end-users with technical issues related to hardware.
- Document support activities, repairs, and system updates.
- Coordinate with IT team for hardware upgrades, replacements, and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or computer hardware maintenance.
