Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Computer Support & Maintenance Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will maintain IT equipment, assist users with hardware problems, and support IT operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on IT equipment.
  • Assist end-users with technical issues related to hardware.
  • Document support activities, repairs, and system updates.
  • Coordinate with IT team for hardware upgrades, replacements, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Support IT projects and infrastructure changes as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or computer hardware maintenance.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and basic networking.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support end-users effectively.
