We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Computer Technician to join our After-Sales Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install screen protectors/coatings for mobile phones and smartwatches.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems for PCs and laptops.
- Install, activate, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
- Format and reinstall operating systems on mobile devices, PCs, and laptops.
- Transfer data between mobile devices of different brands and operating systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Receive maintenance devices from customers and create service requests in the system.
- Diagnose and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Experience in computer and mobile device maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with antivirus installation and activation.
- Basic understanding of printer configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
