Concentrix is seeking English speakers at a B1+ level for a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, answer queries, resolve concerns effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver top-tier service. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a B1+ level or higher (speaking, writing, and comprehension)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Cairo, Egypt
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and adaptability to learn new software
- Previous experience in the entertainment or customer support industry is a plus
