TRUST ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is seeking a talented Concept Design /Technical Architect to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to focus on the initial creative stages of architectural projects, from conceptualization to preliminary design development.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Experience Level: 3-6 years
For Design Architect:
Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual design packages based on project briefs.
- Prepare architectural drawings (plans, elevations, area schedules, diagrams, space planning).
- Support schematic design, exploring layouts, massing, and design direction.
- Produce visual presentations including sketches, renderings, and digital models.
- Use Revit for design and documentation; knowledge of 3ds Max/Rhino is a plus.
- Stay aware of relevant building codes during early design stages.
For Technical Architect:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architecture design develop, schematic, design detailed, and IFC package
- prepare a technical due diligence report
- Coordination with other engineering disciplines (STR,MEP)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- 3 - 6 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Proficiency in Revit is a must.
- Experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or other visualization software is a plus.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
