Concept Designer
We are a digital-first lifestyle brand with a presence across multiple markets across EMENA. Our visual identity is central to how we show up for customers across campaigns, packaging, product storytelling, and seasonal moments that drive genuine emotional connection.
This is a creative role within our in-house Design & Innovation team, working alongside Marketing, Buying, and Merchandising teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
About the Role
The Concept Designer translates strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts for campaigns, packaging, brand moments, and product storytelling. You will explore multiple creative directions per brief, develop final assets across digital, print, packaging, and social, and adapt concepts for different markets and channels as required.
What You Will Own
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
- Translate strategic briefs into original visual concepts, exploring multiple creative directions before presenting a recommended solution
- Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and design rationale documents that communicate the creative direction clearly
- Lead the visual development of assigned briefs from initial ideation through to final execution-ready assets
CAMPAIGN AND BRAND EXECUTION
- Produce final design assets across digital, print, packaging, social media, and in-store formats
- Ensure all creative output reflects the brand's visual identity, tone, and positioning with precision
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, and Category teams to deliver integrated campaign design solutions
MARKET AND CHANNEL ADAPTATION
- Adapt and localise approved concepts for different markets, channels, and product formats as required
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while responding to market-specific requirements
CREATIVE COLLABORATION
- Work closely with the Senior Concept Designer and Assistant Manager to refine creative approaches and elevate output quality
- Contribute to the team's trend awareness and creative culture through active idea-sharing and peer review
- Present concepts to stakeholders with clear visual rationale and openness to structured feedback
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years in a creative, branding, or design agency environment; e-commerce or lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency with strong packaging and campaign design skills
- A portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned execution
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to work at pace within structured creative processes
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
