About the Role:
We are looking for a
Concept and FF&E Lead to shape the creative vision, concept narratives, and aesthetic direction of our large-scale luxury projects. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with a refined aesthetic sense, capable of translating client briefs into immersive experiences that align with brand DNA and cultural relevance. This is a senior individual contributor role and does not include team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-level creative concepts and experience narratives for Hospitality and luxury BTL Events and projects.
- Translate client briefs into clear ideas, storylines, themes, and emotional experiences.
- Define the styling and curation direction, including materials, textures, finishes, furniture, and decorative elements.
- Guide 2D and 3D teams with moodboards, references, and concept decks to ensure alignment with the original vision.
- Review creative outputs to maintain high-quality standards and luxury brand expectations.
- Support client presentations when needed.
- Stay updated on global trends in luxury events, experiential design, fashion, art, and hospitality, bringing fresh inspiration into projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong aesthetic sense and refined taste with a background in luxury events, hospitality, experiential design, exhibitions, or fashion-related fields.
- Proven ability to create and articulate high-level concepts rather than just execute designs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Confident, collaborative, and culturally aware.
- Comfortable working on fast-paced, high-budget projects and traveling as required.

Work Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
