Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Concierge located in Dubai. As the Concierge Admin , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the concierge department, overseeing a team of concierge staff, and ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, event coordinators, and other hospitality industry professionals.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of experience working in 5 Stars Hotels , with a focus on concierge services
  • Excellent Admin Skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Arabic Speaking
