Job Purpose
The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized guest services within a luxury hospitality environment. The role ensures seamless guest experiences by assisting with reservations, transportation, special requests, and tailored arrangements while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality for VVIP and high-profile guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Provide personalized assistance with dining reservations, transportation, and local arrangements
- Coordinate airport transfers, limousine bookings, and private transportation
- Arrange appointments, wellness activities, and external services as requested
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently and discreetly
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all guest information at all times
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security teams
- Manage courier services, parcel handling, and guest deliveries
- Assist with VIP room preparations and special occasion arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and service protocols
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 24 years experience as Concierge or Guest Relations in luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment
- Experience handling VIP / high-profile guests preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi city, attractions, and lifestyle services
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS systems
