Role Title: Condition Monitoring Technician-Dubai
Role Type: Outsourced, Long Term
Client profile: Government Entity
Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience required: Minimum 3 to 5 years
Accommodation: The shared accommodation can be provided
Food: To be arranged by the technician. However, cooking facility available
Basic qualification: Technical certification/ Diploma; CAT I - Vibration (preferable)
Salary: AED 4000/month
Critical requirement:
- Knowledge on Basic understanding of rotary equipments
- Able to perform vibration route data collection on routine basis.
- Knowledge on CSI 2140 vibration data collector.
- Knowledge on performing laser alignment independently.
- Able to identify the bearing location for vibration measurement.
- Able to identify the deviation from the normal value while data collection.
- Able to identify the abnormalities in the rotating equipment and inform to the immediate supervisor.
- Able to identify the false readings.
Preferable:
- Able to create and store off route data.
- Able to note down the process parameters.
- Update and download the routes in AMS software.
- Basic knowledge on spectrum analysis.
- Able to update the history in AMS software.
- Knowledge and usage of ADRE multichannel instrument for turbines.
- Knowledge on field balancing.
- Able to perform thermal scanning.
- Knowledge on thermography.
- Able to perform material composition.
- Follow the safety procedures.
- Good knowledge on computer. Good communication skill and able to understand the manuals
