Job Description
Setup and operate a designated machine efficiently to manufacture the required product according to the pre-set specifications.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Duties include but are not limited to Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, IFM, Bag tags etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency. Operate machine as per the Work Instruction and IFM in order to insure a safe and sound runnability. Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Ensure quality of the start-up run with QC inspector in order to ensure FG is within the specs. Conduct quality inspection according to the self - Inspection Sheet (OCL) by operator and sign it. Report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader to take any necessary action. Request maintenance support for reparation task, from Team Leader to conduct corrective maintenance. Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place. Inform helper the type of bags & pallets to be used & set the filling scale for the appropriate bag weight. Fill the daily Production on DPR and ERP and relay it to the Team Leader in order to track production activities and post it on ERP system. Fill machine parameters form and relay it to the Team Leader for approval and system logging for better productivity and efficiency. Check the product and pallet label to ensure correct details and packing mode
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Implement health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work.
- Attend all training offered by the company and Contribute in the different OH&S activities
- Report; lock out, all near misses, and stop unsafe acts, and conditions.
- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before beginning any work.
- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist.
- Use the provided PPE safety equipment.
- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use.
- Adhere and implement emergency response plan and location of first aid and firefighting equipment.

- REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience Preferably with Industrial Diploma 1- 3 years experience in related tasks Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
