Job Title: Conference Producer Mobility & Logistics Portfolio

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Type: Temporary / Freelance

Duration: March 2026 31 December 2026

Salary: AED 17,000 20,000 per month depending on candidates level of expertise and interview results

We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer to support a leading Mobility & Logistics portfolio within a well-established international exhibitions organiser.

This is a newly created role focused on developing and delivering high-quality, commercially relevant conference programmes aligned with market trends and overall event positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify industry trends, themes, and potential speakers

- Develop commercially strong and strategically aligned conference agendas

- Draft conference programmes, event overviews, and internal briefs (non-studio)

- Manage the full conference production cycle from research and agenda development through to on-site delivery

- Identify and align content opportunities with sponsorship and revenue objectives

- Coordinate speaker acquisition and stakeholder communication

- Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Market Research Capability

- Strong research skills with the ability to identify relevant industry insights, trends, and thought leaders.

Copywriting Ability

- Excellent written English with the ability to draft compelling conference programmes and internal documentation.

Conference Production Experience

- Clear understanding of the full conference production lifecycle, including research, agenda building, speaker management, and on-site execution.

Candidates must be able to confidently articulate the conference production process and demonstrate hands-on experience.

Profile We're Looking For:

- Proven experience producing B2B conferences (ideally within an exhibitions environment)

- Commercially aware and able to align content with sponsorship and revenue objectives

- Structured, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple milestones simultaneously

- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Note (Visa & Eligibility Requirements)

- Freelancers must hold a valid UAE residence visa and Labour Card / Work Permit, valid for a minimum of 6 months

- Free Zone visa holders unfortunately cannot be considered, as they are unable to obtain a Labour Card / Work Permit under this contract type
