Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracy
Develop and maintain key performance metrics
Work with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers and VC Modelers etc
Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and CO accuracy when ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)
Work with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotes
Chair order review meeting and ensure SO accuracy with correct configuration
Manage and ensure accuracy of C point database and weekly MRP loading.
JobRequirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field or equivalent experience
Related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management is an advantage
Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP) is an advantage
Analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy
Open to consider relevant experienced or entry level applicants
