Job Purpose: The Financial Consolidation Manager is responsible for preparing and delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial statements for the Group, ensuring full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/GAAP). The role oversees group consolidation processes, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations, and ensures the integrity and transparency of financial disclosures at the Group level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and elimination of intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure accurate foreign currency translation within consolidated reports.
  • Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data.
  • Prepare accurate financial disclosures for investor reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance and optimize financial consolidation systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC).
  • Support external audit processes and provide required documentation and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, including at least 3 years in financial consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes.
  • Experience working within multinational corporate environments.
