8–10+ years of relevant experience in Architecture, BIM, and Construction Management, including construction site exposure.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction BIM Architect to lead and support BIM implementation across large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural and construction management expertise, advanced BIM capabilities, and hands-on experience in project delivery within the Middle East region. The role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate must be a native or fluent Arabic speaker, highly proficient in English, and capable of delivering professional presentations and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout design, construction, and handover phases.
- Lead BIM implementation and ensure compliance with project BIM standards, execution plans, and client requirements.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using BIM methodologies.
- Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and coordination workshops using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
- Support 4D (construction sequencing) and 5D (cost integration) BIM workflows.
- Integrate GIS, asset management, and digital construction processes into project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Generate BIM deliverables, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and promote BIM best practices across project teams.
- Participate in client meetings, technical presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior BIM professionals where required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MSc) or equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in BIM and construction project delivery.
- Proven experience on construction sites and during project execution phases.
- Strong experience working on projects in the Middle East, preferably Dubai/UAE.
- Demonstrated expertise in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.

Note: Arabic language proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates with proven Middle East construction project experience, particularly within Dubai/UAE, will be given preference.
