Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is an on-site, full-time role responsible for managing contractual matters across projects, negotiating terms with clients and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include contract preparation and review, risk assessment, budget management, coordinating with project teams, and overseeing compliance with project requirements. The Construction Contracts Manager will play a key role in facilitating successful outcomes for our diverse range of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and UAE regulations
• Handle variations, claims, extensions of time, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual matters
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
• Support dispute resolution and negotiation when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 510 years of experience in contract management within the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in contract documentation and reporting
