Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Construction Contracts Manager will oversee contract management for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Daily tasks include reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts, managing contract documentation, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Experience in Contract Management, Contract Negotiation, and Contract Law
- Strong knowledge of Construction Management, Project Planning, and Cost Control
- Proficiency in Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in construction or contracting roles is highly advantageous
