Construction Disputes Counsel, Giga Project

One of Saudi's leading development projects is seeking the grow their legal team, with the need for new contentious construction lawyers. The role will be based in Riyadh.

What you'll be doing:

• Advising on a wide variety of claims, disputes, and arbitrations, managing processes and outside counsel involvement.
• The work can cover general commercial contracts, construction, engineering and finance.
• Giving strategic advice in order to try and minimise risk.

Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed:

• It's essential that you're a common law qualified lawyer with 5-12 years of PQE.
• You'll need to have worked at either top law firms or international company environments.
• Have a strong background across complex, high value construction and infrastructure projects and disputes.
