Job Title: Construction Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee the execution and site supervision of Electromechanical / Energy projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates with exceptional experience and leadership capabilities may be considered for the position of Construction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for Electromechanical works at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate timely project execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, UAE regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction-related issues.
• Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, and construction productivity.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports as required.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Professional certifications related to project or construction management will be an added advantage.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in MEP / Energy construction and site supervision.
• Immediate or short-notice joining candidates will be preferred
