Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations
- Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution
- Monitor progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and attendance
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction regulations is preferred
