Job Title: HSE - Construction HSE Engineer (Equipment supervisor)

Project: AMIRAL P02&03 4398&4399 KSA

Job Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job type/Contract: Contractual. Start on ASAP

Hours/rotation: Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid)

Salary range: Excellent salary package with benefits

Benefits: Single Status.

TM and TM Arabia Limited have been awarded two lump-sum turn-key EPC contracts related to a petrochemical expansion at the SATORP Refinery (a JV composed of Saudi Aramco and Total Energies), in Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The overall value of the contracts is approximately USD 2 billion. The project's scope of work entails complete engineering services, equipment and material supply, construction activities, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, and shall have a duration of approximately 4 year

Duties and responsibilit

    To perform the Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job Safety Analysis (
  • JSA).Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE plan and all related procedures, to the preparing any revis
  • ions.To update the HSE documentation during all the construction phases when deemed neces
  • sary.To check that subcontractors, perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are obse
  • rved.To organize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around, inspections and audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective ac
  • tion.To organize, coordinate and directly participate in the HSE training activities on
  • site.To organize and participate to all relevant site HSE Meetings, prepare the relevant
  • MOM.To cooperate with the client concerning the issue of any necessary work per
  • mits.To organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurr
  • ence.To keep accident records, identifying the areas to which prevention must be addre
  • ssed.To perform and or promote the indoctrination / training of perso
  • nnel.Lead and coordinate the activities off the Site HSE Committee (composed by all contractor and subcontractors HSE representat
