In our project developing in Jubail(50 minutes to Jubail city center, 40 minutes to Dammam), we are looking to welcome a Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all insulation and painting activities on-site, ensuring work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control of insulation and painting applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficiency and adherence to project deadlines.
- Conduct inspections to verify the proper execution of insulation and painting works, addressing any non-conformities promptly.
- Review and interpret project drawings and technical specifications to ensure correct implementation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of required materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and inspection results.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and suggest corrective actions for any delays or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insulation and Painting Supervisor in Saudi Aramco Project.
- Strong knowledge of insulation and painting techniques, materials, and application methods.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and experience ensuring compliance on-site.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
