We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead high-stakes infrastructure projects. While this role manages general civil works, experience in rail environments is a significant advantage. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are built to technical specifications, on schedule, and safely within complex transit corridors.
Core Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Direct all on-site activities, ensuring subcontractors meet quality and safety standards.
- Project Controls: Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to prevent delays.
- Rail Coordination: (If applicable) Manage track possessions, work windows, and interface with transit authorities to ensure zero disruption to live rail operations.
- Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to building codes, environmental regulations, and rail-specific safety protocols (e.g., PTS or local equivalents).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Construction Management; Rail/Transit experience is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read complex civil and rail engineering drawings. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Safety First: Proven track record of managing high-risk environments with zero incidents.
