Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 12 years of proven experience in managing and delivering Food & Beverage (F&B), residential, and commercial construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues arising during project execution.
  • Ensure all works are completed according to approved designs and project specifications.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong experience in F&B fit-out projects, residential developments, and commercial buildings.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously from excavation to turn key project.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and industry standards is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent are an advantage.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Advanced project planning and scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, and construction management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Strong architectural and building design expertise with experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing mid to high-end projects.
  • Experience in luxury residential and mixed-use commercial developments.
  • GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
