Construction Manager

At ASGC, we are seeking a highly accomplished Construction Manager (Civil) to lead the execution of prestigious high-rise developments and drive excellence in project delivery.

This is a leadership role for a construction professional with a proven track record in managing complex building projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering outstanding results in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for all site construction activities from commencement through handover.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

• Lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

• Drive productivity, resource optimization, and construction performance across all project phases.

• Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC procedures, and local authority requirements.

• Proactively manage project risks, technical challenges, and stakeholder expectations.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across the project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of experience with leading main contractors.

• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and UAE authority regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Immediate availability will be considered a distinct advantage.
