We are currently looking to hire a Construction Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We seek an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while aligning with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA/local regulations.

Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve field issues promptly.

Manage change orders, RFIs, and client communications to maintain transparency.

Mitigate risks and proactively address delays or cost overruns.

Ensure project documentation (permits, contracts, daily reports) is accurate and complete.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.

8+ years of construction management experience in real estate development (residential, commercial, or industrial projects).

Proven track record of managing budgets >$1M and complex schedules.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred), and construction methods.

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
