Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise the civil and structural works associated with tanks, pipelines, and infrastructure networks at our project in Jeddah.
The role is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality requirements, and the project schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12–20 years of experience in civil and structural construction, including experience as a Structural Construction Manager on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete works, underground utilities, pipeline-related civil works, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractual documents.
- Strong experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, resources, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, and site inspection processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
