Construction Manager - Civil (Cost and Planning)

Job Summary

Monitor project expenditures, track milestones, and identify potential budget or schedule risks early.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project cost baselines and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Track daily expenditures, material costs, and labor commitments against the budget.
• Generate monthly cost reports, cash flow projections, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates.
• Update project progress regularly, comparing actual site/milestone advancement against the baseline
• Identify critical path delays and collaborate with project teams to implement recovery plans
• Maintain project cost efficiency and schedule accuracy
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience, with at least 2 years explicitly dedicated to utility-scale Solar PV projects.
