Construction Manager / Construction Director

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Construction Director to lead construction operations, site activities, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities from project commencement to completion.
• Oversee site operations, construction progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical, construction, and site coordination issues.
• Ensure construction works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and regulations.
• Lead site teams and provide technical and operational support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, site management, or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects preferred.
