Role Overview
DarGlobal is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of high-rise towers and luxury villas within prestigious master-planned communities. Working under the guidance of the Project Manager/Director, the ideal candidate will take ownership of on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and progress align with project objectives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with 38 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project milestones.
- Assist in the development and tracking of project schedules, reporting any variances or delays to senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
- Support project planning and execution, including material procurement, resource allocation, and daily coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify potential construction challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare and submit site progress reports, logs, and documentation to project leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in construction management, preferably in high-rise residential or luxury villa developments.
- Experience with reputable Tier 1 main contractors.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
