Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Construction Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients and team members, and resolving any project-related challenges throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and coordination capabilities.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management related to construction projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of Construction Safety protocols and regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Expertise in Construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Knowledge of Project Control practices, including scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred.
