Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will oversee and manage all aspects of our mixed-use development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed-use construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation across multiple project sites
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Analyze project data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with business development teams to support bid preparations and client presentations

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within PMC environments
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  • Proficiency in construction management software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and AutoCAD
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
