Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager specializing in Fit Out Projects, based in Heliopolis. The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with local and international construction standards. Additionally, the role involves risk management, problem-solving, and maintaining health and safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications

  • Project management expertise, including experience in planning, scheduling, and managing construction timelines.
  • Proficiency in overseeing fit-out projects, with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively guide project teams and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address project challenges and provide on-the-spot solutions.
  • Proficiency in software tools relevant to construction project management (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; advanced certifications in project management or construction are a plus.
