Construction Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee and manage MEP construction activities from mobilization through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP construction activities across project sites.
• Lead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and related MEP works.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements and material submittals.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity and resource requirements.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams to avoid site conflicts.
• Ensure proper inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Review and resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of MEP materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per approved programme.
• Support project planning, cost control and timely project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of MEP construction experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial and villa projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale MEP construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, standards and authority requirements.
• Excellent coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• UAE experience is mandatory; immediate joiners are preferred.
