Role Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities on site
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Resolve site issues and report progress to management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 15 years experience in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
