Construction Manager : - High-Rise Building
We are a leading construction company in the UAE, currently seeking a highly experienced construction manager to oversee our upcoming high-rise building developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus)
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects
- Strong expertise in jumping floor systems, construction methods, and project execution
- Capable of leading project planning, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery
- Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and local authority regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Prior UAE or GCC experience in a similar role is highly preferred
