Construction Manager

Construction Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure or building projects. They act as the primary bridge between executives, contractors, and site teams, and are accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProject Planning & Strategy: Define project scopes, develop comprehensive execution plans, and establish delivery milestones
• .On-Site Execution: Supervise construction activities, coordinate logistics, and manage daily briefings with contractors to ensure smooth operations
• .Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project delays, budget overruns, or safety hazards, and implement immediate recovery plans
• .Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between clients, government authorities, utility providers, and multidisciplinary design teams
• .Commercial & Contract Oversight: Assist in budget control, cost forecasting, variation claims, and contract compliance (often using frameworks like FIDIC)
• .Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and oversee quality assurance and site audits
