Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager Road Projects (Aramco Experience Preferred)

Location: Riyadh, Dammam

Salary : 14000 SAR to 19000 SAR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in road construction and civil engineering to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects in KSA. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Construction Manager, with a preference for those who have worked on Aramco projects. The role involves managing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of road construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and Aramco standards (if applicable).

- Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, Aramco requirements (if applicable), and international construction standards.

- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to resolve technical and contractual issues.

- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.

- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all HSE policies are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

Minimum 15 years of experience in road construction, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager.

Experience in KSA is mandatory; Aramco project experience is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of road design, asphalt works, grading, and drainage systems.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Saudi construction codes, standards, and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

- PMP or similar project management certification.

- Experience with mega infrastructure projects in the GCC.

- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
