Construction Manager

About the role

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be based in one of the project site in Singapore. This full-time position will see you leading a team of professionals to ensure project milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
5. Communicate regularly with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team to provide progress updates and address any concerns
6. Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources
7. Lead and motivate your team, providing direction, support, and opportunities for professional development

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the Construction industry
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple concurrent projects
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams
6. Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools
7. Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
