Construction Manager

This position is critical for the successful delivery of the Umluj Early Works Project, requiring hands-on management and proactive coordination with all project stakeholders. Immediate availability is preferred, and a transferable IQAMA is required.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of construction activities on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Project Director/Manager.

• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.

• Oversee the execution of geotechnical investigations, haul roads, tunnel excavation, piling works, and installation of the concrete plant.

• Manage logistics and traffic flow to support project operations.

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in project management software and construction tools.

• Knowledge of Saudi construction codes and standards.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Experience in deep excavation and piling works.

• Experience in road construction and infrastructure projects.

Prior professional experience

• Minimum 15 years in construction management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, roadworks, deep excavation, and piling projects.

• Experience managing multicultural teams and subcontractors.
