Construction Manager PV & BESS (Renewables) Umm Al Quwain, UAE

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support construction supervision activities on a major utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage project in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities across PV, BESS and associated infrastructure.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site engineering teams.
• Review construction schedules, method statements and site progress reports.
• Identify construction risks, interface issues and corrective actions.
• Support inspections, testing and handover activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven construction management experience on utility-scale solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Experience supervising EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance and site safety.
• UAE project experience preferred.
