Lead and supervise all site construction activities related to telecom and associated infrastructure works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Review IFC drawings, project schedules, and work packages, ensuring constructability and readiness for execution.
Develop and implement construction execution plans, work sequences, and resource allocation.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and take corrective actions for delays.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure proper installation of telecom systems including:
Fiber optic backbone and structured cabling.
Data centers, telecom rooms, and racks.
Power systems (UPS, grounding, and low-voltage systems).
Civil/infra works (duct banks, manholes, cable trenches, equipment foundations).
Lead daily/weekly site coordination meetings with subcontractors and report progress to the Project Manager.
Manage and resolve construction-related technical issues, site conflicts, and change orders.
Oversee QA/QC inspections, punch list closures, and final acceptance of works.
Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
