Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects for ADNOC. This leadership role will be responsible for driving construction excellence, ensuring safe project execution, maintaining schedule commitments, and delivering world-class project outcomes across multidisciplinary construction teams.

YOUR ROLE

As Construction Manager, you will be responsible in the performance of the following but not limited to duties and responsibilities;

• Manage the overall construction execution strategy for offshore EPC projects.
• Provide leadership across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom disciplines.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with contractual scope, project objectives, quality standards, and schedule requirements.
• Lead construction teams, discipline managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Develop construction execution plans, resource strategies, work fronts, and execution philosophies.
• Oversee offshore fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning support activities.
• Manage interfaces between ADNOC, PMC, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
• Monitor project KPIs, productivity trends, progress performance, and construction forecasts.
• Lead constructability reviews, work-pack planning, risk mitigation initiatives, and schedule recovery plans.
• Ensure readiness for offshore campaigns, vessel mobilization, shutdown activities, and manpower deployment.
• Drive a strong HSE culture and support the achievement of zero LTI objectives.
• Support system completion, project close-out, and final handover activities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must have an Engineering Degree
• Minimum 15+ years of Oil & Gas EPC experience
• Minimum 10 years in senior construction leadership positions
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience
• Mandatory Offshore Oil & Gas construction experience
• Strong background in offshore platforms, offshore islands, terminals, or process facilities
• Demonstrated experience leading large multidisciplinary EPC construction teams
• Experience supporting commissioning, start-up, and handover activities
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, risk management, marine logistics, and offshore execution
• Available for immediate or short-notice mobilization
