A leading engineering company in the United Arab Emirates, specialized in infrastructure and utilities services, is currently hiring experienced engineers with strong exposure to sanitary/wastewater projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 812 years of construction experience.
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) / Wastewater Treatment Projects experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of STP construction activities, including civil and MEP integration.
- Familiar with construction codes, QA/QC processes, inspections, and testing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Experience with planning and reporting tools is a plus (Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High level of commitment to safety, quality, and delivery.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
