Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Program Management Lead)

Role Overview: Agility Infrastructure is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Agility CLC Project in Sokhna. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong program management capabilities to oversee civil, MEP, and architectural work while managing the critical transition from construction to facility management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality; integrate parallel workstreams (Civil, MEP, Logistics).
- Project Controls: Own schedule baselining, forecasting, and cost control using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Contract Management: Manage EPC contractors and consultants; handle FIDIC contracts, variations, and claims.
- Operational Readiness: Oversee the transition to Facility Management (FM), including asset handover, O&M readiness, and defect liability.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with SC Zone authorities, clients, and the Program Office in Kuwait.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years of total experience in project/program management.
- Proven history delivering large industrial, logistics, or infrastructure projects in Egypt.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience interfacing with Facility Management scopes (soft/hard FM coordination) and handover is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor multidisciplinary site teams.
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written) is non-negotiable.
- Candidates currently residing within 40 km of the project site (Sokhna) are highly preferred.
