. Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

. Prepare and monitorproject schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

. Ensure all works complywith project specifications, contract requirements, and Singapore buildingregulations.

. Lead site meetings andcoordinate project activities to resolve technical and operational issues.

JobRequirements

. Diploma or Degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
